Pathway to Life <\/em>presents in a concise and\nsystematic way the basic Bible teachings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It strives to offer a balanced, nondenominational ap\u00adproach\nto understanding the Scriptures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where a biblical text can be interpreted in more than one\nway, this is acknowledged by presenting different views. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusions are backed up by scripture references. However,\nit is also recognized that some biblical teachings are human\u00adly beyond\ncomprehension and must of necessity remain, at least partially, a mystery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the range of topics is comprehensive, the size and\nscope of the book do not permit an exhaustive study of any one subject.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This book covers thirty-six biblical topics presented under twelve\nbroad themes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each topic, three or four key aspects are addressed by\ncovering the main points and giving a list of supporting scriptures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To gain the most out of their study, readers are encouraged\nto check the scriptural references which sometimes provide additional infor\u00admation\nto what is covered in the text. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The occasional short Bible quotations in the text are from\nthe New International Version (NIV). However, the basic thoughts and concepts\nare the same in all Bible translations and therefore readers can use their\npreferred version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the book is to help people who desire to get\nbetter acquainted with the Word of God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those already familiar with the Scriptures, the book may\nprove a useful review of the main Bible teachings, as well as providing new or\nricher insights. The material can be studied individually or in small groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

May this book answer many of the questions arising in the\nhearts and minds of those who seek a higher purpose in life and are drawn to\nthe reality of the Christian life and spirituality – the pathway to life\nrevealed in the Holy Scriptures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

May readers of all persuasions who take the time to explore this book find something of value and be edified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
